Using the guidance criteria of BREEAM that measure sustainable value in a series of categories, ranging from energy to ecology; our aim is to   support new construction sustainability with air seal improvements through installation of approved products that contribute towards the energy efficiency of designated building zones.

Spray foam insulation systems meet the ever increasing demands of building efficiency and also fire resistance performance in many internal and semi exposed building applications.

From concrete decks under building spaces, car park soffits, internal surfaces to include roof voids and even marine structures, specified thickness applications of spray foam and water borne intumescent coatings are able to improve U values and thermal conductivity, condensation penetration and fire resistance requirements on your building.

Providing un-rivalled speed of application compared to traditional board installations, the system benefits from low thermal conductivity at space saving and profile forming application thickness rates.
Lightweight and seamless by design, layered material applications offer high performance adhesion without mechanical fixings with vibration resistance and low cost maintenance even on single skin constructions.

R. Lewis & Co (UK) Ltd work with clients on a range of fire integrity and insulation strategy requirements offering versatile efficient specification solutions to ensure thermal and substrate protection is provided and maintained at site.

During our work and on completion of spray foam applications we are able to produce records of who installed, which area the work was carried out in, what specified system was used to protect the area and when the work was done. Each application area can be physically identified through this electronic data recording process with detailed drawings and photographic support available. You may also want to consider utilising our company’s contact information label that can be fitted to each section or area on site.

This scheme allows you to deal with future work effecting installed systems or maintenance of existing materials, using the contact details provided on the company label.

If you need any assistance or would like to find out more about this service or any additional support available through the company after sales to include training schemes, fire engineering, consultancy, site installations, project risk review and assessment services then please do not hesitate to contact us for more information.
