Commercial Director
Chris has over 20 years’ experience in the construction industry in both contracting and manufacturing in both sales manager and commercial roles. He has a strong desire to ensure his teams consistently deliver a high-quality service to all of our clients, with his commitment to driving our business forward clear and evidenced daily.
He is driven to push our business into new boundaries striving for excellence and always looking for new additions to supplement the service we provide our clients.
A large part of his role involves owning the situation and thinking clearly and methodically about how the company’s actions determine the direction of the ship. Creating and implementing our business strategy is always at the forefront of his mind.
Chris is the lead contact in the procurement of large projects from initial enquiry to completion and is very approachable, taking the time to listen and understand the needs of clients and the team.

- Creation and implementation of company strategies
- Procurement of high priority projects
- Creating and developing client relationships in line with our strategic plans
- General Commercial practice – forecasting, pricing, billing, P&L etc
- Staff procurement
- Assisting with the drive for innovation
