Having worked in the industry for 16 years Craig has a deep understanding of passive fire products a cross all sectors and use this knowledge to support the business. In recent years his drive for innovation has led R. Lewis & Co (UK) Ltd to be the go-to name in fire stopping solutions.

Chris has over 20 years’ experience in the construction industry in both contracting and manufacturing in both sales manager and commercial roles. He has a strong desire to ensure his teams consistently deliver a high-quality service to all of our clients, with his commitment to driving our business forward clear and evidenced daily.

Jonathan started his career within Passive Fire Protection with R Lewis, starting as an apprentice, through to his current role as Operations Director where he pays close attention to detail on quality systems and delivery. He has over 10 years’ experience in a wide range of disciplines, making him well rounded and knowledgeable in all aspects of Passive and Structural fire protection.

Damian has worked in the Passive Fire Protection industry for 16 years, starting from a trainee operative and progressing into a Senior Contracts Manager of the biggest division within the company. Along the way learning, understanding, and gaining a vast amount of knowledge which allows him to support and drive the division company forward.

With over 25 years’ building industry experience with a focus on carpentry and joinery, Darren has the expertise and passion to deliver high quality workmanship to clients throughout the UK.

Employed in 2019 originally as the company’s store manager, the opportunity to transition to a major role within the company came after 8 months of employment. Having already improved the store’s function ability, Barrie set out to deliver the same commitment in this critical role within the business.

With over 15 years’ experience working within the construction industry, Meirion progressed to the role of project manager 3 years ago, following his time ‘on the tools’ with us installing fire doors, so he has a really good understanding of the install process to communicate to clients.

Martin has over 12 years’ experience in the passive fire/construction industry and 3 years project managing multiple successful projects in the private and public sector, including NHS/healthcare, housing associations and local councils.

Neil has worked in development, manufacturing, specification, marketing and sales, system applications and provided product and method training for work colleagues and clients.
