With over 15 years’ experience working within the construction industry, Meirion progressed to the role of project manager 3 years ago, following his time ‘on the tools’ with us installing fire doors, so he has a really good understanding of the install process to communicate to clients. Supporting the site supervisors and fire door engineers, he is proficient at ensuring projects are being dealt with in a timely and professional manner, keeping the client happy and liaising confidently with all stakeholders. Dedicated to quality and safety, Meirion ensures his team are adhering to all standards.
ROLES & RESPONSIBLITIES
- Confirm that contracts are correctly mobilised and planned and a clear scope is communicated to Supervisors and Operatives.
- Ensure all quality standards are being adhered to with QA checks and works sign off on site and through Boris records.
- Resolve QA fails, site issues and complaints.
- Checking site records and substantiation are complete and maintained in the job file.
- Maintaining strong customer relations with frequent site visits, progress updates.
