Operations Director
Jonathan started his career within Passive Fire Protection with R Lewis, starting as an apprentice, through to his current role as Operations Director where he pays close attention to detail on quality systems and delivery. He has over 10 years’ experience in a wide range of disciplines, making him well rounded and knowledgeable in all aspects of Passive and Structural fire protection.
He has worked on and managed major projects within the public and private sectors and is responsible for the delivery on all projects nationwide and overseas, paying careful attention to high value, high spec projects to ensure their successful delivery. Jonathan leads from the front and is an integral part in any project he is involved with. He likes to build relationships with our customers and is a firm believer that relationships are built on honesty. He will stop at nothing to deliver a project that all will be proud of.

- Supporting the development of the business and driving our business to be the best it can be
- Leading external quality audits with ISO 9001, FIRAS and LPCB accreditation bodies
- Lead training for apprentices and new starters ensuring a clear career path and qualifications within PFP
- Specifying intumescent paint systems to customers
