Senior Contracts Manager
Damian worked in the Passive Fire Protection industry for 16 years, starting from a trainee operative and progressing into a Senior Contracts Manager of the biggest division within the company. Along the way learning, understanding, and gaining a vast amount of knowledge which allows him to support and drive the company forward.
Over the 9 years of Contracts managing, he has successfully overseen the control and running of many jobs for the private and public
health sector, NHS hospitals, local councils, schools simultaneously. Making sure all our projects are all delivered on time, within budget whilst at the same time keeping and delivering the high standards that we set as a company.
ROLES & RESPONSIBLITIES
- Managing the Fire Stopping Division
- Controlling multiple projects at one time making sure that all the site targets and deadlines are supported and hit.
Making sure our contracts are planned and have a clear program set for SSSTS and operatives for the best outcome of the project. - Carrying out site visits whilst carrying out visual and destructive QA testing, as part of our accreditation which also monitors standards and productivity.
- Attending site and progress meetings to support all contracts and eliminate any potential issues.
- Offering support and liaising with our clients and customers to understand what is required and making sure they are fully supported, and their needs are met.
- Running, supporting, motivating our team to help support and drive them to achieve their full potential.
- Training new starters with practical and theory sessions within our training facility.
