Employed in 2019 originally as the company’s store manager, the opportunity to transition to a major role within the company came after 8 months of employment. Having already improved the store’s function ability, Barrie set out to deliver the same commitment in this critical role within the business. Within 12 months of being in the position, he had already completed all three stages of his NCRQ Diploma to gain recognition as a full member of The International Institute of Risk & Safety Management, also that of a Graduate member of The Institution of Occupational Safety and Health.

As the Company’s QHSE Manager Barrie is committed to continually improving our health, safety procedures and maintaining the quality delivered to our clients across the United Kingdom. Integrating sound quality, environmental, health and safety management practices into all aspects of the business.

- Ensuring health and safety, environmental and quality standards are met on-site.
- Investigating accidents and writing reports.
- Identifying potential hazards.
- Completing risk assessments and site inspections.
- Developing and reviewing safety policies and procedures.
- Advising and training staff on best working practices.
- Liaising clients to resolve any issues in relation to health and safety.
- Conducting testing of company employees requiring the use of Respiratory Personal protective equipment.
